At The Home Next Door, RELATIONSHIP is the watchword. Our aim is to cultivate and revive an environment of openness and empathy wherein we inspire individuals to build community through intentional acts of kindness.
A Christmas Inspired
HND desires to spread Christmas cheer through its Christmas tree program. HND gifts selected families the opportunity to shop for the tree of their dreams with all the trimmings.
The Food Train
The Food Train program helps those in need of a meal. We provide home cooked meals once a week to homebound neighbors and those with very limited cooking skills and or mobility!
412 Youth
412 Youth is a community mentor program for youth ages 12-17. Our goal is to provide safe spaces for youth to engage in positive peer interactions.

The Home Next Door, fondly known as HND, is always in search of passionate and motivated individuals to come alongside HND in several ways: financially by becoming a donor, socially by volunteering and corporately by becoming a Board Director.
